Returns Policy
Returns are made easy with our online Returns portal.While most items can be returned for a refund or replacement within 10 days for goods that are damaged at the time of delivery.
Returns are easy on Relive by visiting the Return option and filling in the requisite details.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled by a user only before it is dispatched. Once the payment is made by the user and the product is dispatched then the order stands executed. RELIVE. reserves a right to cancel an order and refund the amount to the customer if the product ordered is out of stock, payment is not processed by the customer’s bank, the logistics partner of RELIVE. does not deliver goods to a particular pin code and if RELIVE has a reason to believe that it is a fraudulent transaction.
RELIVE reserves a right to cancel an order without any notice and shall not be held liable for compensation and damages . Once an order is cancelled by RELIVE and if the payment for the same is made by Debit/Credit card, netbanking etc. the amount shall be refunded within 2 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: All the products sold by RELIVE carry one year company warranty. In case any products suffer from manufacturing or functional defect then the issue shall be addressed by the Company i.e. the Brand itself and RELIVE shall not be held liable in any manner. The color of the product/s displayed on the website and the one supplied by the Brand may vary. RELIVE deals in only genuine quality branded products and shall not be held liable for any difference in quality and color. Any issue on the same shall be addressed by the customer with the Brand directly and RELIVE takes no responsibility for the same.
